This is a pretty cool application our web developer put together. Using this “Online PDR Estimation Calculator,” you can get a rough idea of what it will cost to have Paintless Dent Repair done on a hail damaged vehicle. For the most accurate results, be sure to follow all instructions very carefully, and I’d guess a little high on your dent counts as there will likely be a few you’ll over-look without the use of our specialized PDR Lights we use in-house. The only TRUE way to get an estimate is by having a staff member appraise the damage to your vehicle, but for all you impatient hail damage victims…you’ll probably thoroughly appreciate this 🙂

One thing to consider, however: if you have full coverage insurance on your vehicle and you’ve recently sustained hail damage in the San Antonio, TX area, your hail repair is covered 100% through a claim with your insurance. Hail claims are covered under your comprehensive coverage, and these claims do NOT raise your insurance rates! This deal is great for those of you who have a $500 deductible, your car just recently got hit with hail, but you just don’t have the cash to get it fixed.

For example, if you have a $500 comprehensive deductible, and your insurance has estimated that you have $3,000 in hail damage on your car, they will write a check for $2,500 to you and your lein holder (if you have a loan on your car, which most people do these days).  What you would normally do is take your car to your body shop of choice, give them the insurance check for $2,500 (which they will have reissued in their name to get the lein holder’s name off), and you would pay the body shop the final $500 when you pick the car up (since there’s $3,000 worth of damage, but the body shop has only received $2,500 to fix it).

With this deal, you just don’t pay us the $500. You instead give us your Living Social coupon. It’s that easy!
